MUSCLE MIX

This dynamic class focuses on improving strength and cardiac endurance using a variety of weights, bands, balls, and gliders.

SPIN

A 45 minute indoor cycling class led by high energy instructors paired with motivating music. You will pedal through hill climbs, jumps, and sprints in an energizing atmosphere

TABATA

A high intensity interval workout. Both cardio and strengthening exercises are performed for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest and repeated. This is a strenuous workout!

TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP

This class combines strength training and aerobic exercises for a full body workout. Although challenging, this class is meant for all fitness levels.

AMRAP

(AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE)

This class is meant to challenge you through demanding strengthening and cardio exercises. The goal is to complete as many of the exercises as possible within the allotted time. This class is difficult but can be modified for different levels of fitness.

BEGINNER’S SPIN

A 45 min spin class for the new or intermediate rider who is just starting out or looking for a bit less intensity. This class is a great place to start your fitness journey.

METAFIT

This class is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using only body-weight exercises to challenge you. It is designed to keep your body burning calories all day. This class can be modified but is recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

45 minutes that will strengthen, tone, and build muscle! This class is a full body workout that works all muscle groups.

METAPWR

A high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that uses kettlebells, sandbags, and ropes to set your muscles on fire! This is an intermediate to advanced level class.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

As the name states, this is a very personalized group with a personal trainer. You will be exposed to a dynamic warm up, whole body strength, and conditioning. Technique will be instructed and emphasized. This class will run in 4 week intervals and is for the beginner to intermediate fitness level.

A 45 minute spin class that includes upper body strength building exercise using light dumbbells.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, guided yoga sequence that connects the breath to movement. The class will focus on opening the body, lengthening the muscles while building strength through stability. It is a mix level class and suitable for beginners for long – time yoga enthusiasts.

MOVE

A different class every week. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, including no fitness level. Cardio, strength, HIIT, kettlebell , metaPWR and more! Every movement has a modification!

ENDURANCE RIDE

This class is a 90 minute spin class designed to help you build a strong aerobic base. It is an unbeatable way to burn fat and gain energy. Designed for all fitness levels. Make sure to always bring a towel and water bottle!

TOTAL BODY SCULPT

Total Body Sculpt aims to keep you long and lean, toning your abs, legs, arms, and everything in between. Not one class is ever the same. A typical class involves a light warm up, followed by a variety of different exercises. Come join in the fun!!
