Classes

MUSCLE MIX

A dynamic class designed to build strength and improve cardiovascular endurance using a variety of weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders.

SPIN

A 45-minute indoor cycling class led by high-energy instructors and driven by motivating music. You’ll ride through hill climbs, jumps, and sprints in an energizing, performance-focused atmosphere.

TABATA

A high-intensity interval training workout that combines cardio and strength exercises performed in 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated in multiple rounds. This is a strenuous, fast-paced workout designed to maximize results.

AMRAP

(AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE)

A high-intensity workout featuring challenging exercises such as burpees and pull-ups, using equipment like barbells and sandbags. This class is designed to push your limits, but all movements can be modified to an intermediate level as needed.

METAFIT

A fast paced class meant to get your metabolism burning. The class uses your own bodyweight for strengthening and cardio exercises, no other equipment is needed. This class is challenging but can be modified for any fitness level.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Uses a variety of equipment and combines both strength and cardio exercises to deliver full-body muscle conditioning. All movements can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

MOVE

A dynamic class that changes every week, designed for all fitness levels. It incorporates a variety of equipment and blends both strength training and cardio for a well-rounded workout.

TRIPLE THREAT

Designed for all fitness levels and delivers a balanced, full-body workout in one hour. The class is divided into three sections: upper and lower body strength training, core strengthening, and cardio.

PYRAMIDS

A cardio-and-strength workout using a progressive pyramid format. You’ll cycle through bodyweight moves and equipment like dumbbells, steps, and balls—adding exercises each round up to seven, then removing them on the way down. Challenging but fully scalable for all fitness levels.

GET STRONGER

Is designed to help you build and strengthen all major muscle groups with a strong focus on proper form. This class uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, resistance bands, and balls, and is suitable for all fitness levels.

NEXT LEVEL STRENGTH

Is an all-levels strength training class designed to build muscular endurance, increase overall strength, and boost confidence with weights. Workouts are fully scalable and feature functional movements, progressive resistance, and motivating challenges in a high-energy, supportive environment.

MAT PILATES

Is a full-body, low-impact workout designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility and balance. Movements are controlled and precise, with an emphasis on proper breathing and concentration. Light weights, balls, blocks, and resistance bands may be used to enhance the workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels—small movements, big results.
