“My name is Maria Brochu. I am a certified Personal trainer, Health coach & currently working toward my nutrition coaching Certification. Along with my husband we own Bellator Fitness. I am a mother two children and I know first hand how hard it can be for people to achieve their fitness goals when life is busy and chaotic. My goal with every client is to provide a fitness plan that will be attainable & provides the results the client wishes to see.”

Mary Surprenant

“My name is Mary Surprenant. I am a certified personal trainer who enjoys helping “active agers” move well through strength and mobility programming with a focus on proper technique. I am Russian Kettlebell Certified; have completed the StongFirst Barbell Course, FMS Level 1 and FCS; and participated in the Women’s Powerlifting Program at Cressey Sports Performance. I help clients set reasonable goals and then work with them to achieve them.”

“I am certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and menopause coaching specialist. I love helping women get stronger and move better so they can feel confident and powerful in their bodies. Having learned to life as a teenager, I recognize the importance strength training can have on social and emotional growth through different stages.
